Overview
DCSI(Dina Customer Satisfaction Improvement)is a consultancy tool specifically developed to promote our clients' customer satisfaction, especially products (with services included) quality awareness.
Analysis report on industrial satisfaction gives a description of the customer satisfaction of major brands in some industries in macro scope to illustrate each brand's score and rank, changes of customer satisfaction of different brands each year as well as changing influence of each factor affecting the customer satisfaction of whole industry.
