    Overview

    Analysis report on industrial satisfaction gives a description of the customer satisfaction of major brands in some industries in macro scope to illustrate each brand's score and rank as well as changing influence of each factor affecting the customer satisfaction of whole industry. The report also offers previous data about industrial satisfaction survey. Enterprises can evaluate the development trend of industrial customer satisfaction and major brands in the industries. The report is updated annually, covering tens of industries, more than 70 products and services. Each industry includes commonly 10 brands. 

    By adopting China customer satisfaction index calculated independently by Tsinghua University China Enterprise Research Center, customer satisfaction model and specialized PLS software about customer satisfaction, the report, based on comprehensive analysis of major brands' customer satisfaction in certain industry and other influencing factors, compares and analyzes these brands' customer satisfaction, masters the brands' strength and weakness and their development trend, and confirm the strategy of customer satisfaction improvement and key improvement indexes.

    Survey Coverage 

    Survey coverage includes the urban and rural areas of 50 major cities in the mainland of China. These cities include 4 municipalities directly under the central government, 27 provincial capital and 19 important prefecture-level cities, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Shantou, Zhuhai, Shenzhen, Zhongshan, Nanjing, Wuxi, Changzhou, Jinan, Qingdao, Zibo, Hangzhou, Wenzhou, Chengdu, Mianyang, Shijiazhuang, Tangshan, Taiyuan, Datong, Huhehaotou, Baotou, Shenyang, Dalian, Changcun, Jilin, Haerbin, Qiqihaer, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Hefei, Wuhan, Changsha, Nanchang, Nanning, Haikou, Guizhou, Lhasa, Kunming, Lanzhou, Xi'an, Yinchuan, Urumqi and Xining.

    Basic Evaluation Model 

    The model is mainly applicable to durable consumer goods and nondurable consumer goods, services and public utilities have their evaluation models.
